This service (AirHamLog) places great importance on the protection of personal information and will make every effort to manage personal information appropriately.    • The Service will use acquired personal information appropriately within the scope of the following purposes.
     • Providing access to AirHamLog application
     • Identification for login
     • Surveys, statistics, and analysis of service usage
     • Maintaining systems and responding to problems
     • To fulfill our responsibility to disclose information to appropriate third parties when required by law or regulation
4. Providing Personal Information
   • The Service will not provide personal information to third parties except in the following cases.
     • When required by law
     • When there is prior consent from the person in question
     • When it is necessary for the protection of the life, body, or property of an individual and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual
     • When it is especially necessary for improving public health or promoting the sound growth of children and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person in question

5. Deletion of personal information
   • The user may request the administrator of the Service to delete his/her personal information.
   • Upon request from the user, the Service will delete the user's personal information held in the system and report the results of such deletion.
